  • What are your business hours?

    We are available daily between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you wish to contact us outside of these hours, we recommend sending us an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ) required for production?

    Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and packaging. We would be happy to advise you individually on the most economically viable quantities; please contact us at sales@nutrin.de.

  • Does Nutrin also provide support in product development?

    Yes, we support you in the development of new products, individual formulations and suitable product concepts.

  • Can individual recipes be implemented?

    Yes, individual formulations and tailor-made product solutions are part of our service portfolio.

  • What dosage forms are possible?

    Depending on the product, different dosage forms such as capsules, powders, tablets or liquids are possible.

  • What is the difference between dietary supplements and medical devices?

    Dietary supplements are intended to complement a normal diet and provide the body with nutrients or other substances. They are subject to food law and may not treat, alleviate, or prevent diseases. 


    Medical devices, on the other hand, serve a medical purpose, such as the prevention, alleviation, or treatment of ailments. Medical devices containing substances primarily work through physical means.

  • What distinguishes a medical device?

    Medical devices are subject to strict regulatory requirements, in particular the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR). They must demonstrate their safety and performance, meet extensive technical and clinical requirements, and are continuously monitored throughout their entire life cycle.

  • Does Nutrin also develop medical products?

  • What does MDR mean?

    The MDR (Medical Device Regulation) is the European medical device regulation and governs the requirements for safety, quality, documentation and marketing of medical devices within the EU.
